- 30 minutes, elliptical, level 2
let’s just not talk about these few days
things i’ve realized. i am much more in control of what i eat when i control what food comes before me. i shop for foods that i know that i can resist, and that are healthy. when other people place food in front of me, or offer me food. think donuts in the breakroom at work or the baby shower i went to this morning. also, i need to run tomorrow.
tips for the eating thing?
food 3/11
- ham and cheese panini with onions (oh soooo good)
- SMALL scoop monster cookie ice cream
- corn
- salad with italian dressing and craisins
- one breadstick which turned out to have cheese in it
- one warm m&m cookie with very small amount of ice cream
- popcorn
- banana
- applesauce

- 2 sets of 10 squats

- oatmeal with craisins

- crystal light
- special k bar
no exercise today, i was asleep from a migraine all day

- half a granola bar

- 2 ish pieces of some pseudo sweet and sour pork with a little bit of rice
- 2 small egg rolls
- popcorn
- small tomato soup
- orange juice
