let’s just not talk about these few days

things i’ve realized.  i am much more in control of what i eat when i control what food comes before me.  i shop for foods that i know that i can resist, and that are healthy. when other people place food in front of me, or offer me food.  think donuts in the breakroom at work or the baby shower i went to this morning.  also, i need to run tomorrow.

tips for the eating thing?

  • ham and cheese panini with onions (oh soooo  good)
  • SMALL scoop monster cookie ice cream
  • corn
  • salad with italian dressing and craisins
  • one breadstick which turned out to have cheese in it
  • one warm m&m cookie with very small amount of ice cream
  • popcorn
  • banana
  • applesauce

  • 2 sets of 50 sit ups
  • 2 sets of 10 squats

food 3/10

  • oatmeal with craisins
  • popcorn
  • banana
  • crystal light
  • special k bar

no exercise today, i was asleep from a migraine all day

  • cereal(x2)
  • donut(x2)
  • diet mountain dew
  • half a granola bar
  • oatmeal w/ craisins
  • 2 pieces of pizza

  • 2 ish pieces of some pseudo sweet and sour pork with a little bit of rice
  • 2 small egg rolls
  • popcorn
  • small tomato soup
  • orange juice
